Sharon Bertrand

Sharon Bertrand is a nationally registered and state licensed Occupational Therapist, who has treated pediatric clients for over 25 years, with Advanced Practice training in Sensory Integration & Sensory Processing Disorders, Feeding and Swallowing Disorders, and Physical Agent Modalities. She previously owned and operated a multi-disciplinary private therapy practice for 17 years, prior to joining Global Teletherapy.  Sharon has raised four children and has experience with all kinds of kids from infancy to teens.  She has a passion for teaching and mentoring and has presented multiple conferences, workshops, and in-services to parents, school-based educators, and medical staff.  In her free time, she enjoys bicycling, hiking, kayaking, art / painting, and learning to play the ukulele.  Sharon and her husband love to travel and have served the marginal, homeless, orphans, and disabled populations, both in the states and abroad.  Her motto is to find Joy in this Journey of life by exercising faith, hope, and love.
