Michelle Stewart-Tooson, M.A,, CCC-SLP is a certified speech and language pathologist who has been working as a speech pathologist for over 17 years. She relocated with her family from Virginia in 2015. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and received her Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology at The University of Memphis.
Her clinical practice experience includes the following: private practice, early intervention, acute care, and outpatient rehabilitation. She has serviced children with a variety of communication related difficulties including Early Childhood Language Delay, Articulation/Phonology, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Oral Motor, Auditory Processing, Receptive and Expressive Language Delays, Voice, Dyslexia and other related learning difficulties.
Michelle has two school aged boys. When Michelle is not working she enjoys exploring the city and surrounding areas.
