Kristin Garncarz, OTR, has been working as an occupational therapist in Wisconsin with 20 years of experience in the school setting. She earned her degree at UW-Madison, along with a Specialization in Music. Since then, Kristin has had a wide variety of experience working in multiple school settings and districts, with students of all ages and varying abilities. Her focus has been in supporting and collaborating with staff and family members to ensure maximum independence in the school setting, while maintaining a least restrictive environment. Kristin has provided trainings and in-services related to this topic for staff members and colleagues, including speaking at the annual WOTA conference.
Kristin currently lives in Grafton, Wisconsin with her husband and two children. She enjoys travel, spending time with family and playing the violin and piano.
