Bonny Almeida

Bonny graduated from San Jose State University with a master's degree in Speech Pathology and a bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences. She has attained the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).

Bonny's work experience spans a variety of settings including: private practice, early intervention, and schools. Her clinical experience includes both pediatric and adult populations with varying communication disorders including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Articulation/Phonological, Executive Functioning, Social Cognition, Language Processing and Developmental delays.

Bonny is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients to help them achieve meaningful improvement in their communication skills. She enjoys watching her clients gain confidence and reach their fullest potential. Bonny feels extremely lucky to be able to have a career that is exciting and rewarding.

She is professionally certified in Hanen "It Takes Two" and Lindamood Bell "Visualizing & Verbalizing."

Bonny lives in California and when she is not working you can find her spending time with her son, husband and two dogs. She enjoys hiking, biking, cooking and photography.
