Amanda is an occupational therapist who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2009 and her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012.
Amanda began working as Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) while completing her Master's degree, providing behavioral support to children in school, home and community settings. After completing her Master's degree, she worked in a variety of settings as a pediatric occupational therapist, including several schools (both cyber and traditional) and outpatient clinics. She has worked with children from birth to 21, with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more. Amanda is also a member of Pi Theta Epsilon, the national honor society for occupational therapy students and alumni.
Amanda lives near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and son. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, anything fitness related and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
